1.Skandagiri Trek:

It takes five hours to complete this amazing trek. The main highlight of the trek is the beautiful lake which is shaped like a map of South America. So, If you looking for rocky terrain, lush green trail then this a perfect place for you.

This destination is 60 km away from Bangalore towards Doddaballapur.

3.Siddarabetta:

This is not just a trekking destination but also visited by many pilgrims to visit the lord Siddalingeshewara. If you’re lucky, you can see wildlife animals like leopards,peafowls,and sloth bears.

Well,you can also get a view of Channarayanadurga fort and Mashuguru fort.The rocky terrain,caves,and wonderful trail will amaze you. Actually, this is one of the most difficult treks near Bangalore.

This destination is 100 km away from Bangalore towards Tumkur(Koratagere Taluk).

4.Devarayanadurga:

This place is famous for its mythological and historical reasons. Which is located at a height of 4000 ft above sea level. Originally the place was called Anebiddasari where elephants fell. On the top of the hill there are famous Visnu temple and Lakshmi Narayan temple. That attracts most of the tourists and devotees. The total hill is covered with lush greenery.

This beautiful destination is 70 km away from Bengaluru towards Tumkur.

5.Handi Gundi Betta Trek:

This Handi Gundi Betta is an easy trek.This will give you a panoramic view of Kabbaladurga,Ramdevarabetta hills.Here one can enjoy various location where movie Sholay was shot.We recommend you not to visit here during monsoon as the trail became slippery and mossy.

However,you can visit here from September to February.
